Hello, my name is Jurgita.
I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to share a little about myself and the support I offer.
My journey in the field of healthcare began three decades ago, initially as an oncology nurse. Working closely with patients during their most vulnerable moments, I realised the crucial need for comprehensive psychological support along with medical care. This inspired me to further my education in counselling and psychology.
I have completed extensive training to provide comprehensive support, including an Advanced Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Diplomas in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
I utilise principles inspired by EMDR, Flash technique, and IFS training to gently assist you in processing emotions, understanding patterns, and reconnecting with your innate strength and resilience.
Additionally, I incorporate EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), neurofeedback, HeartMath tools, and biofeedback to support emotional regulation and overall well-being.
Moreover, I am certified as a clinical trauma professional and maintain memberships in reputable organisations such as the NCPS (Accredited Member), BACP (Registered Member), and ACEP (Member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology), demonstrating my dedication to ethical practice and continuous professional growth.

Sessions are offered at a rate of £65, either in person or online, and can be customised to fit your schedule and specific requirements.
